Medicine Cabinet Configurations
Custom-Shaped Medicine Cabinets
Develop a mirror cabinet around a specific outline. Distinguish the visible mirror shape from the storage-body geometry, then review hinges, shelf access and mounting before sample approval.
Define the mirror outline and the cabinet body
A shaped mirror door can cover a differently shaped storage body. State whether your requirement applies only to the visible mirror or to the complete cabinet. Send a dimensioned outline, including corner radii, rather than relying on a perspective image. Decorative proportions and usable storage need to be considered together.
Check hinges, clearance and usable storage
Arches, curves and asymmetric edges can change the space around the hinge and the opening path. Include adjacent walls, lights and taps in the layout. Review shelf width and height at the narrowest parts of the proposed cabinet, along with access when the door is open.
Approve the shape through a drawing and sample
The proposed structure, lighting route and packing protection should be reviewed against the actual shape. Ask for confirmation of feasibility before committing to a launch date or volume. A reference image communicates the design direction; the approved drawing and sample define the production specification.

What to send for a configuration review
Attach your drawing or reference to the contact form and identify this cabinet type. Dimensions, component availability, documentation, price and lead time are confirmed in the project quotation.
- Dimensioned outline with radii and orientation
- Whether the cabinet body must follow the mirror shape
- Usable storage, shelves and preferred hinge side
- Mounting method, finish and optional lighting
