Ask our teamQuotes & MOQ
Start with the product, quantities and destination so the quotation reflects what you need to buy.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send the product type, dimensions, quantity and delivery destination, together with a drawing or reference image if available. For a useful comparison, also include:
- Frame or cabinet material, finish and installation method.
- Lighting, controls and electrical requirements.
- Required compliance documents and packaging.
- Your target delivery date and preferred shipping terms.
If a detail is still undecided, identify it as an option rather than leaving it implied.
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom order?
MOQ is confirmed for the specific product and configuration. Size, structure, finish, electrical components and packaging can affect the minimum practical order. Provide the quantity per size or model, as well as the total order quantity, so the quotation makes those limits clear.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
OJMirror manufactures mirrors and mirrored medicine cabinets for B2B supply. Tell us whether you are sourcing a project, a wholesale range or a private-label product, and include the product requirements you would like us to review.
About OJMirrorWhat payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed in the quotation and order documents. Confirm the deposit, balance payment milestone, currency and any bank charges before placing the order. If your purchasing process requires a particular arrangement, include it with the initial inquiry for review.
Customization & Samples
Define the design and use the sample stage to settle the details that matter in production.
Do you offer OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. Customization can include mirror size, shape, frame, lighting, controls, logo and packaging. Availability depends on the proposed product and component combination. Share your required features and brand guidelines so the scope can be confirmed before sampling or pricing is finalized.
Can you develop a mirror or cabinet from my drawings or concept?
Yes. Drawings, reference photos and written specifications can be submitted for a feasibility review. Include overall dimensions, intended installation, materials and required functions. A reference image is a starting point; dimensions, construction and finish details still need to be agreed for the actual product.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation before a bulk order. The sample specification, cost, shipping charges and schedule should be confirmed in advance. If you need the sample for a project mock-up or approval meeting, include that date and the delivery address in your request.
What should I check before approving a sample?
Check the sample against the agreed specification and intended installation. Review dimensions, finish, mirror appearance, lighting and controls, mounting details and packaging. For a cabinet, also check door movement, usable storage and access to internal components. Record accepted details and requested changes in writing so the approved version is clear before production.
Technical & Compliance
Match the product to the installation, electrical specification and requirements of its destination market.
Which electrical and lighting details should I specify?
Specify the destination market, supply voltage and frequency, connection method and required lighting behavior. Include color temperature, dimming, control type and any requested demister, sensor or outlet. If a wall switch or dimmer is involved, identify it. Confirm the agreed functions and compatible components for the selected model before ordering.
What certifications or compliance documents can you provide?
Available documents must be checked for the exact model, electrical configuration and destination market. Send the requirements from your buyer, project specification or local approval process. Before purchase, confirm which documents apply to the complete product, which relate to individual components and whether any additional evaluation is required.
How do I choose between a recessed and a surface-mounted medicine cabinet?
The choice depends on the selected cabinet and the available wall space. A recessed installation requires the wall opening and available cavity depth to match that model's installation drawing. A surface-mounted cabinet requires suitable wall support and enough clearance in front of the wall. Have the installer confirm wall conditions, services and mounting requirements before the model is finalized.
Explore medicine cabinetsWhich cabinet dimensions and door details should I confirm?
Confirm the overall width, height and depth, plus the required wall opening for a recessed model. Also check the cabinet's projection from the wall, usable internal depth, hinge side and door swing. Nearby walls, faucets and light fittings can affect access. Use the approved model drawing to confirm these details before preparing the wall or placing the order.
Production & Lead Time
Agree the production version, inspection criteria and delivery milestones before the order proceeds.
What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Sample and production lead times are confirmed separately for each order. They depend on the specification, quantity, approvals and component availability. Ask for the agreed start point and production completion date, and allow separately for inspection, freight and customs when planning arrival at your site.
What needs to be approved before bulk production?
The order should identify the final product specification, drawing revision, quantities, finishes, electrical configuration and packaging. Where a sample is part of the approval process, record its acceptance and any agreed changes. Confirm payment and production release requirements in the order documents so both sides use the same approved version.
How do you check product quality?
Quality checks cover incoming materials, assembly, appearance, lighting functions and final packing. Agree the inspection criteria for your order, including any requested measurements, checks or records. If your project requires a particular test or third-party inspection, raise it before order confirmation so the scope and timing can be reviewed.
See our quality processCan I change the specification after order confirmation?
A change needs to be reviewed against the order's production status before it can be accepted. Send the requested revision in writing and identify the affected models and quantities. Confirm any effect on price, materials, drawings and delivery dates before treating the revised specification as approved.
Packaging & Shipping
Choose packaging and freight arrangements around the product, route and receiving conditions.
How are mirrors and cabinets packaged for export?
Packaging is selected for the product and shipping route. Options may include protective foam, corner protection, cartons, pallets or wooden-crate reinforcement. Specify any labeling, pallet, carton-size or handling requirements in the inquiry, and confirm the agreed packing method before production.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes. Export shipping arrangements can be discussed for sea, air or express delivery, depending on the destination, order size and urgency. Confirm the shipping terms and each party's responsibilities, including freight, insurance, import clearance and final delivery, in the quotation.
What information is needed to estimate shipping costs?
An estimate needs the product quantities, proposed packaging and destination. Provide the port or full delivery address, postal code, required arrival date and any receiving restrictions. The estimate should state the shipping terms, included charges and validity period; final packing dimensions and shipment timing can affect the cost.
Warranty & After-Sales
Keep the agreed terms and order records available so a delivery or product issue can be assessed clearly.
What warranty applies to my order?
The applicable warranty is the one confirmed in writing for your product and order. Before purchase, check its duration and start date, covered components, exclusions and the procedure for requesting support. Also confirm how an accepted claim would be resolved and which costs are included.
What should I do if products arrive damaged?
Document the damage and report it promptly using the procedure and time limits agreed for the shipment. Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the outer carton or crate, shipping labels, inner protection and affected product. Include the order reference and affected quantities so responsibility and the next steps can be assessed.
What information should I include in an after-sales request?
Include the order number, model, affected quantity and a clear description of the issue. Add photos or a short video, the installation date and relevant product labels. For an electrical issue, describe the controls and connection used without dismantling the product; request guidance before attempting a repair. Any parts or other remedy depend on the assessment and agreed order terms.
