- Packing estimate: units per carton, carton count, outer carton dimensions, net and gross weights, and total shipment volume. State units, measurement basis and any provisional figures.
- Delivery scope: the proposed trade term and named place, included costs and exclusions.
- Timing: sample, production and transport estimates; what starts each period; and decisions needed before confirming the order.
- Documents: availability and the exact model or configuration covered by each requested document.
